Hehe, you must be in heaven! That’s the equivalent of my Saturday night classic country radio show that I can pick up in the car but not in the house, and how happy I was to find it on a streaming network in Houston. Enjoy!!

I should’ve guessed that you already saw “Best in Show”. Already had the feeling that it was less exaggerated than one should think (not to mention that the best humour is played not for laughs)… I’ve been active in the Dutch SciFi-community (still am, but from the fringes), and also there you’ll find all the appropriate stereotypes personified… The only thing which is both the case in “Best in Show” and any newscoverage of a SciFi convention: the normal people are not interesting to film, so the camera gets aimed on the freaks…
Re: museum… Ofcourse I meant that your house’d resemble a museum, but without the tomblike association…
Every once in a while I have to clean out here too… that’s why I am very particular at buying memorabilia. What books concerns howerer – if I love it (as a physical object) or think that I’ll reread it again one day I’ll keep it. Otherwise it goes away…

Don’t worry about the downtime and small food plan “oopses” – it happens! Sometimes the cold, grey weather is just NOT conducive to exercise – outdoors or indoors. It’s almost like the cold and the bleariness just sink right into your bones. But hey, a few days here and there are no big deal in the grand scheme of things.
You’re doing very, very well and I’m sure you’ll get right back on track again soon!
